We are currently looking for an Secretary/Accounting with desired qualifications as described below:

Provide administrative support for our office including general clerical work, receptionist and apply accounting principles to organize financial information and appropriate accounting procedures.

Education/Skills :

Bachelors degree in Math/Science related field.
Demonstrated communication skills, written, and verbal in Arabic and English. Fluency in spoken Arabic is expected.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite with ability to learn new software.
Preferable knowledge of basic accounting software (Eg; Tally)

Responsibilities :

Use suitable software for accounting/financial documents and invoice
Prepare reports and charts for presentation and communication
Answer phone calls, emails and coordinate with Manager/Engineers
Schedule appointment, meetings and travel arrangements
Organize files/documents
Receive office clients, consultants and sub-contractors at reception
Documentation and application of employees labor status with UAE federal departments
Other duties as assigned
